The Ingredients needed to make Oats Egg Omlet(A Power Packed breakfast / brunch):
- You need 1 of Egg
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Chopped Onion,Tomato, Capsicum, grated Carrot all mixed
- It’s 1 tbsp of Chopped Coriander leaves, Chopped green Chill
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Quakers Oats
- It’s 2 tbsp of Milk(cold)
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Oragano or any dried herb of your choice
- You need 1/4-1/2 tsp of Pepper powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Chilli powder ( add according to the age of your kid
- Prepare 1 of Garlic clove chopped / crushed.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Garam masala (optional)
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ginger grated / Chopped fine
- You need to taste of Salt
- It’s 1 tbsp of Olive oil / butter
Step to make Oats Egg Omlet(A Power Packed breakfast / brunch):
- Coarse grind oat
- In a big bowl mix all chopped vegetable
- Add Salt, pepper and Oragano to it. Add cold Milk. Mix well.
- Now beat egg and add to the above mixture. Adjust salt.
- Heat a nonstick griddle, spread butter / olive oil. Spread Oats and Egg mixture.
- Cook covered for 2 minute
- Check if one side is done. And then flip
- Your Power Packed Omlet is ready to serve.
- Give your kid with Tomato ketchup and a glass of milk/ juice.
