The Ingredients needed to make Shira-ae Mashed Tofu:
  1. You need 1 bunch of Spinach
  2. You need 1/3 of of a carrot Carrot
  3. It’s 1/3 of of a piece Konnyaku
  4. It’s 1/2 block of Tofu
  5. It’s 2 of to 3 tablespoons White sesame seeds
  6. It’s 1 of to 2 tablespoons Sugar
  7. Prepare 1 dash of Soy sauce
  8. Prepare 1 of Salt
Step to make Shira-ae Mashed Tofu:
  1. Slice the tofu thinly and place. Position the plate at a slant for about 1 hour to drain off the excess water, then wrap in a kitchen towel or paper towels and squeeze lightly. If you can, pass it through a sieve.
  2. Slice the tofu into strips and boil.
