  3. It’s of ☆Dashi stock granules
  4. You need of ☆ Umami seasoning
  5. Prepare of ☆Egg
  6. You need of ☆Katakuriko
Step to make Diet Menu Tofu Okonomiyaki:
  1. Put the cabbage in a food processor to finely chop.
  2. Transfer into a bowl. Crumble in the tofu, and mix. Add the ☆ ingredients, and mix some more.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Arrange the shapes of okonomiyaki and pan-fry over medium-low heat. If you are using a non-stick frying pan, cook them without oil.
  4. Flip the Step 3 okonomiyaki and cover with a lid to steam-fry. It will be done within 3-5 minute
