The Ingredients needed to make Okara Diet Cheese and Cereal Snacks:
  1. It’s 50 grams of ●ALL BRAN
  2. Prepare 80 ml of ●Low fat milk or milk
  3. It’s 100 grams of Fresh okara
  4. Prepare 40 grams of Grated cheese
  5. It’s 1 of Egg
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt
Step to make Okara Diet Cheese and Cereal Snacks:
  1. This is ALL BRAN cereals with full of dietary fiber, not BRAN FLAKE
  2. Put ● into a bowl. Soak the cereal for 3 minute
  3. When the cereal has softened, add the rest of ingredients to mix in.
  4. Roll up the dough and place on a plate. If you have parchment paper, line on the plate. Its about 20g for each ball.
  5. Microwave for about 4 minutes at 500w.
