Kunun is a popular drink from the Northern part of Nigeria. This drink has three varieties depending on the main ingredient used: Kunun Zaki from millet popularly known as Jero, Kunun Gyada from rice and groundnut, and Kunun Aya from tiger nut Kunun zaki was produced traditionally using millet.

Kunun zaki is a traditional, non-alcoholic and non-carbonated beverage widely consumed in Northern Nigeria and is becoming popular in the South. It is consumed at any time of the day by both adults and children, as breakfast drink. It an appetizer and it is commonly served at social gathering
Kunun is a traditional beverage drink produced from cereal grains such as Sorghum, Millet and Corn. Some people even use rice to make Kunun but I believe it does not make any sense if what you intend to do is sell. How would you make profit out of that? Rice is not cheap in this part of the world.
