The Ingredients needed to make Strawberry Cereal Bars so nice 😁:

1. It’s 1/4 tsp of Ginger
2. Prepare 2 Cups of Strawberries
3. Prepare 1 tbls of Lemon juice
4. It’s 1 Cup of Oats
5. It’s 3/4 Cup of All purpose Flour
6. Prepare 1/3 of Brown sugar
7. It’s 1/2 Cup of Powdered Sugar
8. You need 1 tbls of Granulated Sugar
9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
10. It’s 6 tbls of Butter
11. You need 1 tbls of Milk

Step to make Strawberry Cereal Bars so nice 😁:

1. Ingredients
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In a bowl mix the oats, Flour,Brown sugar,Ginger and melted butter until crumbles form.
3. Spread most of it on the parchment paper in the 8×8 oven dish pressing it down to make a cru Keep 1/2 the oat mix for the topping.
4. Spread diced strawberries onto the crust and press down tight. Add sprinkle of lemon juice and 1 tbls granulated sugar
5. Finish by topping it with the left over oat crumble.Add to the oven and cook on 160°C for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
6. In a small bowl whisk together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until a glaze has formed add a little more milk if needed to get the desired consistency add this glaze at the end after cooking and cooled completely.
7. When cooled using a pizza slicer cut along and accross in equal sizes then add the glaze. Add to a airtight box and add to the fridge.
