The Ingredients needed to make Tofu Quiche:
- Prepare of sheets Commercial puff pastry
- You need of Whole egg
- Prepare of Egg yolk
- You need of Silken tofu
- You need of Low-fat whipped cream
- You need of Milk
- You need of an appropriate amount Boiled spinach
- Prepare of Sliced bacon
- You need of Onion
- You need of to 60 grams Cheese
- You need of Salt
- Prepare of Pepper
- You need of Bouillon granules
- Prepare of an appropriate amount Vegetable oil
Step to make Tofu Quiche:
- Defrost the pie sheets at room temperature.
- Prep the ingredient Slice the onion, and cut the bacon into 1 cm piece
- Coat the bottom of a frying pan with vegetable oil, saute the bacon and onion and season with salt and pepper. Make it a bit on the salty side. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C.
- Mix the whole egg, egg yolk and tofu together.
- Add the milk and low-fat whipped cream and mix.
- Add the sautéed bacon and onion.
- Add the spinach and the finely julienned cheese. Add the bouillon.
- Dust a quiche pan with Lay the 2 pie sheets so that they overlap about 1 cm and roll out a bit, then put the combined sheets on top of the pan.
- It looks like this just by pressing the pie sheet into the pan with your finger
- Pour in the mixture from Step 7.
- Lower the oven temperature to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes, then lower to 170°C and bake for an additional 10 minute
