The Ingredients need to make Meal Prep: Simple Fish Vege:
  1. It’s 2 of zucchini thickly cubed
  2. Prepare 2 of red onions thickly sliced
  3. Prepare 3 of tomatoes thickly sliced
  4. Prepare 6 pieces of frozen white fish
  5. It’s 1 handful of parsley
  6. It’s of Olive oil
  7. You need 3 tablespoons of jambalaya seasoning (my own blend)
  8. You need to taste of Salt and pepper
Step to make Meal Prep: Simple Fish Vege:
  1. Cut all vegetable If you are storing them in the fridge for later consumption, add some salt to them.
  2. When you are ready to cook, pre-heat oven at 180C fan. Meanwhile, mix vegetables, parsley with olive oil, jambalaya seasoning, salt and pepper. Brush the same oil mixture on your frozen fish
  3. Line fish on top of the fish, bake in the oven for 25 to 30min! It will produce a very nice broth!
