The Ingredients need to make Amla Rice:
  1. It’s 3 cup of Cooked rice
  2. You need 8 of big Indian Gooseberry
  3. You need to taste of Salt
  4. It’s Pinch of Turmeric Powder
  5. It’s 3 of Green Chillies
  6. It’s Handful of Fresh Coriander chopped
  7. Prepare 1/2 inch of Ginger chopped
  8. You need Pinch of Roasted Fenugreek Powder
  9. You need 1 tbsp of Ghee

  11. It’s 1 tsp of chana dal
  12. It’s 1 tsp of urad dal

  17. It’s 10 of Curry Leaves
  18. It’s 4 tbsp of Cooking oil

  7. When the cumin and the lentils become golden red in colour then add the amla paste in the pan and saute for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Now add turmeric powder,the cooked rice, salt, roasted fenugreek powder and mix gently..
  9. Cook till the rice become hot and steaming
  10. Add 1 tbsp of ghee before switching off the heat.
  11. Serve amla rice with boondi raita or buttermilk.
