The Ingredients need to make Devils-in-the-Detail Eggs (LCHF):
- You need 6 of free range eggs
- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of mayonnaise (use your favourite kind)
- It’s 2 tsp of French wholegrain mustard
- It’s 1 tsp of Honegar
Step to make Devils-in-the-Detail Eggs (LCHF):
- Put eggs into cold water in a pot, bring to boil.
- Gently boil eggs for 7 minute
- Run eggs under cold water for 1 minute, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Peel eggs then use a sharp serrated knife to half them.
- Pop out yolks into a bowl.
- Add other ingredients and use the back of a spoon to mash down the yolk When almost lump free give it a brisk mix.
- If you want to pipe the yolk mixture, put it into your piping container and refrigerate for 10-15 minute
- Pipe/spoon the yolk mixture into the white
