INGREDIENTS potatoes garlic ginger onions cooking oil salt greens(terere) boiled peas boiled maize boiled meat SPICES USED beef masala tandoori garam masala. You can serve Mukimo with any kind of stew. My preference is to serve it with beef stew but if you prefer the vegetarian version, it tastes lovely with Kachumbari as well.
To save on energy, mix Peas and Potatoes and boil them together. When almost cooked add your boiled maize and salt to taste. Mukimo can be served with beef stew,chicken stew and Kachumbari on the side.
