The Ingredients need to make Tangy Pinwheels:
  1. Prepare 1 of boiled and Mashed potatoes
  2. Prepare 4-5 tsp of mint coriander chutney
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of grated cheese
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of maida
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Carom seeds
  6. It’s 1 tsp of coarsely crushed whole coriander
  7. You need 1/3 tsp of salt
  8. Prepare of Chilled water for kneading
  9. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds
Step to make Tangy Pinwheels:
  1. Knead a soft dough with chilled water adding salt and carrom seeds
  2. In a pan,add 1 tsp oil,cumin seeds,coarsely crushed coriander and green chutney.
  3. When the chutney is thickened add mashed potato.
  4. Mix nicely.let it cool.
  5. With the help of rolling board,spread the maida dough on board.
  6. Now layer the potato mixture and roll it tightly sealing the edge
  7. Cut them in equal sizes and deep fry them.
  8. Sprinkle some cheese and Serve hot with chutneys of your choice.
