The Ingredients needed to make Oat whole grain bread:
  1. Prepare 1 cup of NuVita Whole Grain Porridge Oats
  2. You need 1 1/3 cups of whole wheat flour
  3. It’s 1 cup of plain flour
  4. You need 2 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  6. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of salt
  7. You need 3/4 cup of milk
  8. It’s 1 cup of natural yoghurt
  9. Prepare 1 of egg
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup of honey
  11. It’s 1/4 cup of oil

Step to make Oat whole grain bread:
  1. Pre-heat your oven at 180C.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, add your whole wheat flour, the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Using a whisker, mix everything up and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add your oats, milk, natural yogurt, egg, honey and oil. Whisk everything together till well incorporated.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix till just combined and set aside the batter
  5. Take your bread baking tin, brush it with oil and sprinkle some oat(just kiasi). Transfer your batter to the baking tin and using your spatula level of the batter and sprinkle some oats on top.
  6. Bake the bread for 50-55 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Once ready, remove from oven. Let it cool then serve😊😊
