The Ingredients needed to make 30-minute Restaurant Style North Indian Mutton Curry:
- It’s 1 kg of Mutton
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Whole Peppercorns
- It’s 3 Cup of Red Onions, chopped
- You need 3 of Green chilli, slit lengthwise
- It’s 2 Sprigs of Curry Leaf
- It’s 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Ginger, grated
- Prepare 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Garlic, grated
- Prepare 1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
- It’s 1 of Tomato, diced
- You need 1 of Potato, diced
- Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Turmeric powder
- It’s of To Roast Spices
- You need 5 Tsp of Red Kashmiri chilli powder
- You need 4 Tsp of Coriander powder
- It’s 1/4 Tsp of Fennel powder
- Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Cumin powder
- You need 1 Tsp of Garam Masala
- Prepare 1 1/2 Tsp of Pepper powder
- You need of For Tadka/Seasoning
- You need 3 of Shallot, finely sliced
- Prepare 2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves
- Prepare 1/8 Tsp of Roasted Fenugreek powder(Uluva podi)
- You need to Taste of Salt
- Prepare as needed of Coconut oil
Dhabas are not new to us as we all must have gone to one.
These days dhabas are used to describe any restaurant serving North Indian food.
It was only after I went to North India, I could enjoy the true dhaba.
Heat oil and ghee in a large heavy-bottomed pan.
Step to make 30-minute Restaurant Style North Indian Mutton Curry:
