  3. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of minced garlic
  4. You need 1 tbsp of butter
  5. You need 1 medium of Sweet onion chopped
  6. Prepare 3 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
  7. Prepare 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  8. Prepare 3 lb of raw peeled and veined shrimp
  9. You need 1 can of diced tomatoes undrained
  10. You need 1 can of diced tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic oregano
  11. It’s 2 tbsp of Cayenne pepper or season to taste.
Step to make Laurindas Shrimp Etouffee:
  1. Sautee green onions, bell pepper minced garlic in butter. set aside
  2. Sautee sweet onion chicken until chicken is white
  3. add cream of chicken soup mix til smooth
  4. add all remaining ingredients
  5. simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally
  6. serve over rice if desired
