The Ingredients needed to make Baby Dosa Cereal:
  1. You need of For the batter
  2. You need of Dosa Rice
  3. You need of urad dal
  4. Prepare of methi/fenugreek seeds
  5. It’s of thin poha
  6. You need of salt
  7. It’s of water for soaking
  8. Prepare of Other Ingredients
  9. It’s of Podi Masala/ Chutney Powder / Gun Powder
  10. Prepare of Ghee
Step to make Baby Dosa Cereal:
  1. Soak all the ingredients of the batter in enough water for 5-6 hour
  2. Blend to the fine batter, cover and allow to ferment in a warm place for 8-10 hour
  3. Heat a griddle, brush with little oil and wipe with a paper towel.
  4. Using a teaspoon, drop dosas into the griddle, once you see bubbles, flip and cook from the other side too.
  5. In a wide karahi, heat ghee, toast the dosas till they crisp up, add the chutney power and toss to mix.
  6. Serve with hot sambhar.
