- You need of Silken tofu
- Prepare of Eggs

- Prepare of Plain cooked rice

- Add the ingredients marked ☆ to a frying pan. Add the tofu while crumbling it, and cook over medium-low heat.
- Beat the eggs and add the cheese.
- When the contents of the frying pan are bubbling, add the beaten egg from step 2. Put a lid on and cook until the egg is soft-set.
