  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander leaves chopped
  13. It’s 1/2 tsp of sugar
  14. You need 1 tbsp of grated coconut powder
  15. You need 1 tbsp of peas

Flattened rice is rice which is flattened into flat, light, dry flakes originating from the Indian subcontinent. Rice is parboiled before flattening so that it can be consumed with very little to no.   6. Add the roasted peanuts and stir.add the turmeric pwr and stir well to blend all ingredients
  7. Add the poha and stir. cover and steam the poha for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
  8. When cooking check after 1 minutes and give a stir again.
  9. Switch off the heat and let the poha remain covered for 1-2 minute
  10. Remove the lid and sprinkle some lemon juice, coriander leaves and grated coconut.
  11. Give a gentle stir and serve onion poha hot with tea.
