The Ingredients need to make Kathiyawadi Lunch:

  2. Prepare of Jaggery, pappad ki sabji, vaghareli khichdi

  4. It’s 2 of moong pappad
  5. Prepare 1 of big onion and tomato
  6. You need 1 tbsp of chilli ginger garlic paste
  7. It’s 1/2 of chopped coriander
  8. You need 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder
  9. You need 1/2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder
  10. It’s to taste of Salt
  11. Prepare 3/4 glass of water
  12. You need 1/2 tbsp of oil
  13. Prepare 2 tsp of cumin seeds
  14. You need 1 tsp of hing
  15. It’s of Onion sabji (ingredients)
  16. You need of Take 7 to 8 piece small onion
  17. You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds
  18. You need 2 tsp of dhaniya powder
  19. It’s to taste of Salt
  20. You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  21. It’s 3/4 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder
  22. It’s 1/2 cup of chopped coriander
  23. You need 1 tbsp of oil
  24. Prepare of Bhakhri (ingredients)
  25. It’s 1 cup of Wheats thick flour
  26. You need to taste of Salt
  27. It’s 1 tsp of sesame seeds
  28. You need 2 tbsp of oil
  29. It’s 1/4 cup of water
  30. Prepare of Ghee for spreading on bhakhri
Step to make Kathiyawadi Lunch:
  1. Pappad sabji (method)
  2. Take oil in a pan and let it heat and then add cumin seeds, hing, chopped onion and roast it for 2 minutes
  3. When onion is pink add tomato and roast for 2 minutes then add chilli ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and mix it well. Now add Stir it. When water starts boiling add pappad and cook for five minute Now add coriander powder, chopped coriander and serve it
  4. Onion sabji (method)
  5. Peel off all the onions
  6. Now take a kadai and add oil in it and when the oil is heated add mustard seeds, turmeric powder and now add onion and mix it well and now add salt
  7. Roast for 10 minutes and now add chilli powder and coriander powder. Let it cook for 2 minutes and then add coriander and serve (Dont chop the onions, leave it whole)
  8. Bhakhri (method)
  9. Now take a bowl and add wheat flour, oil, sesame seeds and salt mix it well and now add water and make a hard dough
  10. Roll it round and roast it on slow flame. Now spread ghee on it and serve (as it will be cooked on slow flame it will be like biscuit bhakhri. Very tasty and yummy)
