The Ingredients need to make Kathiyawadi Lunch:

- You need 1 tbsp of chilli ginger garlic paste
- It’s 1/2 of chopped coriander
- You need 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder
- It’s to taste of Salt
- Prepare 3/4 glass of water
- You need 1/2 tbsp of oil
- Prepare 2 tsp of cumin seeds
- You need 1 tsp of hing
- It’s of Onion sabji (ingredients)
- You need of Take 7 to 8 piece small onion
- You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds
- You need 2 tsp of dhaniya powder
- It’s to taste of Salt
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- It’s 3/4 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder
- It’s 1/2 cup of chopped coriander
- You need 1 tbsp of oil
- Prepare of Bhakhri (ingredients)
- It’s 1 cup of Wheats thick flour
- You need to taste of Salt
- It’s 1 tsp of sesame seeds
- You need 2 tbsp of oil
- It’s 1/4 cup of water
- Prepare of Ghee for spreading on bhakhri
Step to make Kathiyawadi Lunch:
- Pappad sabji (method)
- Take oil in a pan and let it heat and then add cumin seeds, hing, chopped onion and roast it for 2 minutes
- When onion is pink add tomato and roast for 2 minutes then add chilli ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and mix it well. Now add Stir it. When water starts boiling add pappad and cook for five minute Now add coriander powder, chopped coriander and serve it
- Onion sabji (method)
- Peel off all the onions
- Now take a kadai and add oil in it and when the oil is heated add mustard seeds, turmeric powder and now add onion and mix it well and now add salt
- Roast for 10 minutes and now add chilli powder and coriander powder. Let it cook for 2 minutes and then add coriander and serve (Dont chop the onions, leave it whole)
- Bhakhri (method)
- Now take a bowl and add wheat flour, oil, sesame seeds and salt mix it well and now add water and make a hard dough
- Roll it round and roast it on slow flame. Now spread ghee on it and serve (as it will be cooked on slow flame it will be like biscuit bhakhri. Very tasty and yummy)
