The Ingredients needed to make Tofu Sisig:
- Prepare of firm tofu cut into cubes
- Prepare of canola or cooking oil
- Prepare of minced garlic
- You need of diced onions
- It’s of chopped green long chilis with the seeds removed
- You need of diced green bell peppers
- Prepare of mayonnaise
- It’s of oyster sauce
- Prepare of water
- It’s of Salt and pepper
- It’s of Optional calamansi and fried egg
Step to make Tofu Sisig:
- Deep fry tofu until golden brown and crunchy. Drain oil and set aside.
- Sautè garlic and onions until onions are translucent.
- Add mayonnaise, oyster sauce and Stir and simmer on low fire for about 2 minutes until it slightly thicken
- Add fried tofu and bell pepper Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minute
- Serve on a sizzling plate with calamansi. Optional serve with fried egg on top with rice on the side.
