  5. Soak Idli Rava for 2 minute Squeeze the rava and add to the other batters and mix well. Set aside for fermentation for 8 hour
  6. Once the batter has risen well, add salt and soaked water as needed for correct consistency and mix well.
  7. Make idlis as usual. Steam them for 6-8 minute Soft sponge like idlis are ready πŸ˜‹ Serve it with sambhar, chutney or milagai podi πŸ‘Œ
