This was very similar to my usual recipe I use for jambalaya. I have never used file powder and This is an excellent Jambalaya recipe. I followed it to a tee, except a I added more spice than I should have.

The Ingredients need to make Brads crab jumbalaya:
  1. Prepare 1 of dungeness crab. Cooked and deshelled
  2. Prepare 1 of andouille sausage, sliced on the bias
  3. Prepare 1/2 of small onion, chopped
  4. Prepare 1 of ea, baby red, baby yellow, baby orange bell pepper, chopped
  5. You need 1 tbs of minced garlic
  6. It’s 1/2 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes
  7. You need 1 cup of long grain white rice
  8. You need 3 of bay leaves
  9. It’s 2 tsp of tomato and chicken bouillon
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of oregano
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of old bay seasoning
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper
  13. Prepare 1 1/2 tbs of Cajun seasoning
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of paprika
  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp of allspice
  16. You need 1 tbs of butter
