The Ingredients need to make Jambalaya Dip:
  1. You need 1 lb. (16 oz.) of Velveeta cheese, cubed
  2. It’s 1 cup of sour cream
  3. You need 1 (14 oz.) of smoked sausage link
  4. It’s 1/2 cup of each, red and green peppers, chopped
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
  6. You need 1 of Roma tomato, chopped
  7. It’s 1 clove of garlic, minced
  8. It’s 2 tsp. of Creole/Cajun seasoning
  9. Prepare 1 tsp. of black pepper
Step to make Jambalaya Dip:
  1. Place the velveeta, sour cream, peppers, onion, tomato and garlic in a crockpot.
  2. Cut the sausage into bite size chunks and saute in a little oil over medium high heat until browned.
  3. Add to crockpot along with seasoning
  4. Stir completely.
  5. Cook on low for 3 hr
  6. Serve with toasted baguette Enjoy!
