The Ingredients need to make Crockpot Mongolian Beef:
  1. It’s 1 1/2 of lb thin sliced braciole beef, sliced into strips about one inch wide
  2. It’s 3 TB of cornstarch
  3. Prepare 2 TB of extra virgin olive oil
  4. It’s 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  5. It’s 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of water
  7. It’s 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  8. You need 1 TB of ground ginger
  9. You need 1 cup of matchstick carrots
  10. You need 1 of green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  11. It’s 4 of scallions, sliced on an angle, about a half inch wide
Step to make Crockpot Mongolian Beef:
  1. After slicing the beef, place it in a gallon sized baggie along with cornstarch. Shake it up to coat all the beef with cornstarch.
  2. Put extra virgin olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, ginger, carrots and peppers into the crockpot and stir.
  3. Add the coated beef to the crockpot and mix well.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Slice the scallions to use as a topping. Serve over white rice.
  6. Enjoy!
