The Ingredients needed to make Egg Fried Rice Indian Style:
- You need 2 cups of cooked rice
- You need 2 of carrots chopped finely
- Prepare 10 of French or string beans chopped finely
- Prepare 1 bunch of spring onion greens
- Prepare 5 cloves of garlic crushed
- You need 2 of eggs beaten
- You need 1 tbsp of Olive oil
- Prepare 1 tsp of Vinegar
- It’s 1 tsp of soya sauce
- Prepare Pinch of pepper powder
- It’s to Taste of Chilli Sauce Ketchup
- It’s to taste of Salt
Step to make Egg Fried Rice Indian Style:
- Heat oil in a wok and add the crushed garlic, sauté till pink and stir in the chopped carrot and beans and sauté. Add the pepper powder, then the beaten eggs and stir continuously to get a scrambled mixture.
- You can add green peas too if you like. Add the salt, vinegar, soy sauce and the rice. The vinegar gives a nice tangy taste and the veggies too, retain their colour because of it. Mix well till rice is nice and hot. Garnish with spring onion and serve
