The Ingredients needed to make Indian Fried Rice:
- It’s 2 Cups of Boiled Rice

- You need 1 Cup of Chopped Tomato
- You need 100 grams of Green Peas
- You need 1/2 Cup of sliced Beans
- It’s 50 grams of Roasted Peanuts
- It’s 1 Spoon of Cumin Seeds
- It’s 4 Cloves of (Whole)
- Prepare 4 of Cardamom (Whole)
- You need 4-5 of Green Chillies
- It’s 1 Tea Spoon of Turmeric Powder
- It’s 3 Spoons of Mustard Oil
- It’s as needed of Common Salt
- You need Some of Green Coriander Leaves (fresh)
Step to make Indian Fried Rice:
- Take a frying pan on flame and add oil. Crush the cumins, cloves cardamoms and add it to the hot oil. Stir for few secs and add green chillies and onion. Stir this for few mins until the onion turns brownish…
- Add tomatoes, beans, peas and turmeric powder.Add salt to taste. Mix it well and allow it to cook (5-7 mins)
- Add rice to this mixture and mix it well.Stir it for 1-2 mins to remove the excess water in the rice.
- Add the roasted peanuts, mix it and remove it from the flame. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.Of course, with a smile.
