The Ingredients need to make Breakfast Egg Cups:
  1. You need 1 of egg
  2. You need 1 of mushroom in half
  3. Prepare 1 of thin slice of onion
  4. Prepare of Crumble of feta
  5. It’s tin of Oil to line
  6. You need to taste of Salt and pepper
Step to make Breakfast Egg Cups:
  1. Lightly oil a muffin tin to ensure ingredients don’t stick and preheat oven to roughly 180 degrees
  2. Slice a ring of onion the will fit into the bottom of the muffin tray and put into oven for 5 min Meanwhile, slice the mushroom in half
  3. Place the mushroom on top of the onion and bake for a further 3 mins
  4. Finally crack egg onto mushroom, salt and pepper to taste and then crumble a little feta on top. Be careful not to overfill as the egg will rise within the muffin tin
  5. Bake for 6-7 minute
