  5. Prepare 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  6. Prepare 1 can (15 oz.) of unsalted black or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  7. You need 1 can (15 oz.) of fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  8. It’s 1 can (8 oz.) of corn kernels, drained and rinsed
  9. You need 4 cups of unsalted chicken broth
  10. It’s 1 tbsp. of chili powder
  11. It’s 2 tsp. of ground cumin
  12. Prepare 1 tsp. of salt
  13. It’s 1/2 tsp. of each pepper, smoked paprika
  14. Prepare 3/4 cup of heavy cream
  15. You need 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
  16. It’s 1 cup of freshly shredded pepper jack cheese
  17. You need 1/2 cup of freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  18. You need of Sour Cream, for serving

  1. Grease the slow cooker (6 quart size). Place in the chicken, onion, peppers, jalapeno, garlic, beans, corn, tomatoes, broth and seasoning Give it a stir, then set the lid on and cook on low heat for 6 hour
