The Ingredients need to make Beef Oven Pockets:

  6. Prepare 1-1/2 cup of all purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  7. You need 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for coating dough
  8. It’s 1 teaspoon of salt
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic powder
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of granulated onion powder
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of hot tap water
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese
  13. Prepare of Wash
  14. Prepare 1 of egg
  15. Prepare 2 tablespoons of water
  16. Prepare As needed of kosher salt for sprinkling on top
  17. It’s 4 teaspoon of shredded Parmesan cheese
Step to make Beef Oven Pockets:
  1. Oil the bowl. Coat the dough and allow to sit undisturbed for about 30 minute
  2. Season the meat and form into 4 pattie While the oven is preheating to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, let the patties get to room temperature.
