The Ingredients need to make Fiesta Corn Dip:

1. You need 2 cans of Mexicorn (drained), Delmonte Fiesta Corn at my grocery
2. You need 1 can of Rotel (hot- add juice to the dip)
3. You need 2 cups of finely shredded cheddar cheese
4. Prepare 6 of green onions (diced)
5. Prepare 1 Cup of Mayo
6. Prepare 1 Cup of Sour cream
7. You need to taste of Hot sauce -

Step to make Fiesta Corn Dip:

1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well
2. Chill at least one hour before serving
