The Ingredients need to make Corn and Crab Soup:
  1. You need 3 sticks of butter
  2. It’s 1 of medium onion chopped
  3. Prepare 1 of medium bell pepper chopped
  4. Prepare 2 lbs of peeled shrimp
  5. You need 1 lb of white crab meat
  6. It’s 2 cans of creamed corn
  7. You need 4 cans of cream of potato soup
  8. It’s 1 qt of half and half
  9. It’s to taste of Creole seasoning
  10. It’s to taste of Salt and Cayenne
Step to make Corn and Crab Soup:
  1. In a large stock pot melt the butter.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper, cook over medium heat until caramelized.
  3. Add shrimp and saute with seasonings until cooked (about 5 minutes)
  4. Add creamed corn, cream of potato soup and half and half and mix well.
  5. Add crab meat and bring to low boil
  6. Reduce heat to simmer and serve.
