  4. You need 6 tablespoons of salted butter, at room temperature
  5. It’s 16 ounces of marscapone cheese, at room temperature
  6. You need 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  7. You need 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  8. You need 2 cups of confectioners sugar
  9. It’s of Whipped Cream Topping
  10. You need 1 1/2 of cuos cold heavy cream
  11. It’s 1/3 cup of confectioners sugar
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Step to make French Silk Brownies:
  1. Prepare brownies by first lining a 9 by 13 inch pan with foil. Spray foil with bakers spray and bake brownies as directed in my recipe. Cool compleatly in pan.

  4. Melt chocolate in the microwave until smooth
  5. In a large bowl bat marscapone, butter and vanilla until smooth and well blended
  6. Beat cream to firm peaks, fold into marscspone
  7. Add in melted chocolate then gradually add sugar until compleatly blended
  8. Spread over cool brownies in pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours
  9. Whip cream until soft peaks, add sugar and vanilla and beat until firm peaks just form
  10. Spread over chocolate Silk layer, refrigerate at least 4 hours to set
  11. Garnish with shaved chocolate
  12. Refrigerate at least 2 hours then pull p]out entire brownie using foil
  13. Cut into squares but serve at room temperature for best Creamy texture
