The Ingredients needed to make Chicken masoor pulao:
  1. Prepare 1 cup of whole masoor dal(here we get both small big in size) 3/4 cup oil
  2. Prepare 1 kg of chicken,
  3. It’s 2 spoon of curd
  4. You need 1 block of maggi cube
  5. You need of Masala
  6. Prepare 1 of pod of garlic
  7. It’s ,1 of inch ginger,
  8. You need 8 of green chillies,
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds,
  10. It’s 1 cup of coriander leaves)
  11. You need 1 of sliced onion
  12. You need 8 of black pepper,
  13. It’s 5 of green cardamom,
  14. It’s 2 of bay leaves,
  15. Prepare 1 stick of cinnamon,
  16. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  17. You need 1 of black cardamom
  18. It’s 3 cups of basmati rice soaked in water for at least 10 mins
  19. It’s as required of Salad(1 cup curd,1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato,1 green chilli chopped,1 tsp salt some coriander leaves)
  20. Prepare 2 of Some potatoes chopped,
  21. It’s 2 tsp of salt
  22. Prepare 2 cups of of water
Step to make Chicken masoor pulao:
  1. First soak the lentils in warm water(use big size masoor dal) now grind the masala(pic2)slice the onion and remove the whole garam masala.
  2. Now heat oil in a big vessel, then add onion and garam masala and saute till onions are brown.now add the grinded masala,salt and curd.saute few minute
  3. Now add the chicken pieces and mix well,now add potatoes with lentils and simmer for 5 mins with closed lid.now add rice with 2 cups of check seasoning
  4. Now when most of water is absorbed by rice give a mix,add little water and cover the lid with cloth.simmer on slow flame for 5 to 10 mins and off flame.open the lid after 5 mins(pic2)give a slight mix.pulav is ready
  5. Mix all above ingredients of salad and serve with hot pulav and enjoy(decorate with fried onions and coriander leaves)
