The Ingredients need to make MOIST Jiffy Cornbread:
  1. You need 1 Box of Jiffy Cornbread
  2. It’s 1 of Egg
  3. It’s 1/2 Can of Evaporated Milk
  4. Prepare Splash of Milk
Step to make MOIST Jiffy Cornbread:
  1. Prepare the Jiffy Cornbread almost exactly as the box say EXCEPT Use a half can of evaporated milk. Stir in. It will look too thick to pour. Add just enough milk to get it to a pourable consistency.
  2. Bake about 25 minutes at 400 F. The cornbread will take a little longer than usual because of the addition of the condensed milk. Check with a toothpick for donenes
