4. You need of small pack Raisin
5. Prepare of vanilla
6. You need of cup fresh milk
7. It’s of Melted butter
8. It’s of baking powder
9. You need of egg

Step to make Oatmeal Cupcake:

1. Mix the dry ingredients, next mix the wet ing. Then combine and mix properly. Scoop 1 tbsp mixture in the cupcake mould then put some Raisin on top.
2. Preheat oven at 250c and bake it for 12 mins
