  3. Prepare of Bacon
  4. Prepare of Short pasta (macaroni, penne, etc.)
  5. Prepare of Milk
  6. It’s of Flour
  7. It’s of Butter (or margarine)
  8. You need of Pizza cheese
  9. Prepare of [A]
  10. It’s of cube Consommé cube (crushed)
  11. Prepare of Grated cheese
  12. Prepare of Pepper
Step to make Double Cheese Gratin with King Oyster Mushrooms and Japanese Leek:
  1. Chop the king oyster mushrooms into thin strips, and bacon in 1 cm wide strip Slice the leek thinly. Boil the pasta according to instructions on the package.
  2. Heat butter in a pot (or a frying pan). Add bacon. After the bacon gives out some oil, add the leek and stir-fry over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and continue to fry until soft.
