Mango Kulfi is a easy to make and a kid-favorite! Unlike regular Kulfi we arent adding any Khoya - this is a simple frozen dessert with just Milk and nut Kulfi is made with rabri which is quite famous in India.

Stuffed mango kulfi is mango ice cream stuffed with rabri. Making this ice cream is super easy. This interesting recipe has kulfi stuffed inside ripe mangoe

The Ingredients needed to make Stuffed mango kulfi:
  1. You need 2 of mangoes
  2. It’s 1 ltr of full fat milk
  3. Prepare of Sugar
  4. It’s of As required pistachio
  5. Prepare of As required almond
  6. Prepare of As required cashews
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of rice flour or corn starch

If you wish for a thinner layer of mango, scoop a little more using a spoon. Place the mango in a bowl or a glass, fill it with the kulfi mixture and put the lid back on. Freeze it overnight or until is completely frozen. Scoop of the seed from the mango (you can use a tong to remove the seed).

Step to make Stuffed mango kulfi:
  1. Take one pan and boil full fat milk. Boiled it continually till it become thicker.. and add 1/2 tsp of rice
  2. And than add sugar, once again stire the And than add the cut pistachio, cut almonds and cut cashew. stir till it become thicker.. rabdi is ready.. you can see this in below image.
  3. And other side take two mango 🥭 and remove the seed with the help of knife without cutting and peeling.. cut the mangoes as shown in below image.and put it in to the glass or bowl.
  4. Now place the mangoes in bowl and than filling the rabdi into the cut mangoe And cover mangoeAnd freezes 🥶 it about overnight or 8 hour
  5. After 8 hour remove the mango from freezer.. and peel the skin of mangoe Cut the mango into slice and sprinkle the some almonds and pistachio

Place the mango on a glass or a bowl on which it can stand. Fill the kulfi mixture into the mango pocket and put the top back and freeze it Once kulfi sets remove from freezer and gently peel the mango with peeler Cut the mango into slices and serve Stuffed mango kulfi is very yummy, satisfying delicious dessert on a very hot summer day. For stuffing, I have used Kesari Kulfi but you can add with Gulkand, Pista, Paan Kulfi and other which one you like.we can use other fruit as well but my favorite is Alphonso Mango. Mango Kulfi is an easy non churn ice cream made with heavy cream and Mango puree. Traditionally a Kulfi is made with full fat milk and is stirred and stirred till it reduces down and achieves a thick consistency.
