The Ingredients need to make Tarako (Salted Cod Roe) Pasta Cooked in Just One Frying Pan:
- It’s 100 grams of Spaghetti
- You need 400 ml of ●Water
- You need 1/2 tbsp of ●Olive oil
- It’s 1 pinch of ●Salt
- You need 1/2 piece of ☆ Raw tarako
- It’s 50 ml of ☆ Greek yogurt (or unsweetened yogurt)
- You need 1 dash of ☆Lemon juice
- It’s 1 tsp of ☆Dashi stock granules
- Prepare 1 of Shredded nori seaweed
Step to make Tarako (Salted Cod Roe) Pasta Cooked in Just One Frying Pan:
- Add the ● ingredients to the frying pan and bring to a boil. Break the spaghetti in half and add to the pan. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring to prevent sticking.
- Turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Let the spaghetti sit for 1 minute less than the cooking time listed on the package.
- Remove the lid and stir. Then heat over high to reduce the liquid. (This takes about 3 minutes for 1.6 mm spaghetti)
- Turn off the heat and add the ☆ ingredients to the pasta. Remove the membrame of the tarako and break it up as you stir it into the pasta.
- You can add mayonnaise, soy sauce, shiso leaves or anything else you like. Transfer the pasta to a dish and top with shredded nori seaweed. Done!
