- It’s 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

- You need 1 cup of milk
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt
- You need 1/8 tsp of pepper
Step to make Slow Cooker Breakfast:
- Cook sausage according to package; cut into 1/4 inch slices, set aside
- In a bowl combine green onions, red pepper, chilies; set aside.
- Spray the interior of a 5-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer one third of hash browns, green onion mixture and sausage and cheese into crock. Repeat layers twice.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper, pour over layered ingredent
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until themometer inserted in center reads 160°F. Serve.
