- You need 4 grams of ● Dashi stock granules
- It’s 1/4 of Cabbage
- You need 30 grams of Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Soy sauce
- You need 1 of Salt and pepper
- Prepare 1 of Yukari (dried red shiso leaf powder)
Step to make Japanese-Style Cabbage Pasta with Just One Frying Pan:
- Cut the core out of the cabbage and roughly chop up the re
- Put the ● ingredients in a frying pan and bring to a boil. Break the pasta into half and put into the frying pan. Cool for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring so that the pasta doesnt stick.
