The Ingredients need to make Grilled Chicken:
- It’s 1 tsp of salt
- You need 1.5 tsp of pepper
- It’s 3 Pods of ginger
- You need 4 tbsp of oil
- You need 250gr of boneless chicken
- It’s to taste of soy sauce
Step to make Grilled Chicken:
- Marinate the chicken with Pepper 1.5 tsp, salt 1 tsp, 3 pods of garlic and 4 tbsp oil. Keep aside for 30 min
- Now in a bowl mix 1 tsp of Soy sauce with 3 tsp honey.
- After 30 mins add a tbsp of butter to a hot pan or a grill.
- Cook the chicken (each side) on high heat for 3 min and low heat for 5 mins with the butter. (Do not use oil)
- Now apply the soy sauce and honey mix and cook for 1 min on each side.
- Remove from heat, Serve and enjoy.
