  1. Prepare 1 cup (200 ml) of Water
  2. Prepare 150 g of Japanese white rice

  1. Rinse the rice couple times until the water is clear
  2. Add in If you don’t have a measure, stick your finger and have the water around 1cm above the rice
  3. Boil the water on high heat until it starts bubbling (3 min)
  4. Continue boiling under medium heat until there is no water left. (Approx. 10min)The key is to keep the lid on as much as possible!
