The Ingredients needed to make Mini Shredded Salsa Chicken Tortilla Pizzas 🍕:

1. You need 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
2. It’s 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
3. Prepare 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
4. You need 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
5. Prepare 1 pack of Goya mini Corn Tortillas
6. Prepare of Salsa (your favorite flavor!)
7. You need of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8. It’s of Avocado Salsa

Step to make Mini Shredded Salsa Chicken Tortilla Pizzas 🍕:

1. In a bowl mix together your shredded chicken, black pepper, garlic powder and mayonnaise, set bowl to the side….
2. Place mini corn tortillas on a foil lined baking sheet……
3. Add a few spoonfuls of your favorite salsa on top of each tortilla……
4. Add a few spoonfuls of your shredded chicken mixture on top of each tortilla……
5. Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of chicken…..
6. Add some avocado salsa on top of shredded mozzarella cheese…..
7. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has fully melted……repeat until shredded chicken mixture is all used up or you run out of mini tortilla…….
8. Serve and enjoy 😉! For me this made 12 mini chicken tortilla…..😋
