The Ingredients need to make Moderately Sweet Creamy Custard:
  1. Prepare 2 of Raw egg yolks
  2. Prepare 50 grams of Granulated sugar
  3. Prepare 250 ml of Milk

  7. While warm, add the butter and melt it. Strain through a colander. (Straining here makes smooth.)

  9. Once cooled, add some drops of vanilla extract until the aroma is quite fragrant, mix it in, and its all set.
  10. Please use this for tarts, cream puffs, etc.
