  1. Prepare 1 bowl of urad daal
  2. Prepare 2 bowl of rice

It is basically made with rice and hulled spilt black gram which is soaked overnight and next morning grind it into a fine paste.

  1. Wash twice and Soak in water for 2 hours
  2. Grind it till all the mixture turned into a good smooth batter.
  3. Cover the batter and leave it 5 to 6 hoirs in room temperature
  4. Every 2 hours mix it and cover it
  5. After 5 to 6 hours it will b fermented and doubled in quantity
  6. Now you can make crispies dosa like restaurant
