Vegetable Kurma is a South Indian style curry of mixed vegetables cooked in a creamy coconut cashew based sauce, lightly spiced with cinnamon and cloves and fennel. South Indian Vegetable Korma is a creamy coconut curry that is light on spice but big on flavor. This tasty dish is easy enough for a weeknight dinner! Korma (or Kurma) is an Indian dish of vegetables (and sometimes meat) that is simmered in a fragrant and creamy sauce until thick and comforting.
