The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Hiyashi Chuka Ramen:

  6. You need 1/2 tbsp of Potato Starch + 1/2 tbsp water
  7. Prepare 4 pieces of Prowns
  8. It’s 2 pieces of Crab Sticks
  9. It’s 4 pieces of Small Tomato (Cherry Tomato)
  10. Prepare of <Sauce>
  11. You need 4 tbsp of Konbu Tsuyu (Konbu seaweed Soy Sauce)
  12. You need 2 tbsp of Rice Vinegar
  13. You need 2 tbsp of Water
  14. You need 2 tsp of Suger
  15. It’s 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
Step to make Japanese Hiyashi Chuka Ramen:
  1. Mixing all sauce ingredients and put into a refrigerator before eat.
  2. Break the egg into a bowl and stir the egg, add the watery potato starch. Heat a pan and add oil. Remove excess oil with paper towel. Add 1/2 of the egg mixture to the pan and move the egg so that its spread every across pan. When the egg solidifies, turn over, and cook it. Cut into thin strip.
  3. Cut the cucumbers and Ham into thin strip. Tear the crab stick into narrow strip.
