  2. It’s 1 1/2 cup of sour cream
  3. Prepare 1 1/3 cup of milk
  4. You need 1 tsp of butter
  5. Prepare 1 can of mushroom, drained
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of black pepper
  7. Prepare 1 of salt to taste
  8. You need 2 lb of ribeye beef cut into strips
  9. It’s 1 of onion cropped
  10. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of wide egg noodles
Step to make Crock Pot Beef Strognoff:
  1. Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, butter, mushrooms, salt pepper into the crock pot heat up on high.
