  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
  8. You need 1 tsp of turmeric
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of carom seeds (ajwain)
  10. It’s 2 tsp of lemon juice
  11. You need 1/2 tbsp of thai chilli
  12. It’s of Oil for deep frying
  13. It’s of Chutney
  14. You need 1/4 cup of chopped cucumber
  15. It’s 1 tbsp of relish
  16. You need 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  17. Prepare 3/4 cup of chopped tomatoes
  18. You need 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  19. Prepare 1 tsp of salt
  20. Prepare 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper

Peel and chop the potatoes very finely. Place in a bowl, cover with cold water, and leave until ready to fry. To make the batter, mix the chickpea flour, turmeric, chili powder. Bite-sized crispy pakodas that make a delicious tea-time snack that can be prepared quickly!

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix.
