The Ingredients need to make Raagi- the Indian Superfood:
  1. It’s 3 tbs of Raagi floor-
  2. Prepare 150 ml of Water-
  3. It’s of Buttermilk- as required
  4. Prepare to taste of Black salt-
  5. It’s Slice of lemon - optional
  6. It’s of Health
Step to make Raagi- the Indian Superfood:
  1. Add around 3 tablespoons of ragi powder in boiled water for 10 minutes and stir it continuously to avoid lump Cook for 7 to 8 minutes till it becomes thick in consistency. Allow it to cool for somtime and finally add buttermilk and salt, mixing the semi-liquid paste.
  2. A slice of lemin and cumin(jeera) powder is optional.
